Coupon code?

If you have an EmilyHeart Coupon code, enter the code in the “Coupon Code” box on the bottom of the shopping and click on “Apply Coupon”.

Payment error?

If you receive a message that your payment did not go through, please check your billing information and make sure it is accurate.
If all details are correct, please try to pay via PayPal. You don’t have to be a registered member of PayPal to use their services.

You can also use a different credit card or trying again a few hours later to proceed with the payment process.


Placing orders

Place an order?

Placing an order is easy. The steps are:

  1. Choose your jewelry / jewelries
  2. Fill the neccessary fields and click on “SUBMIT”
  3. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” or the “Checkout with PayPal” button to complete your purchase.
  4. In our secure payment-processing page, you will have the option of paying with your credit card or PayPal
  5. On Success you will get an order confirmation email
  6. If you didn’t get an email within 10 minutes, please check your other labels or click on “All mail” in your mailbox.
  7. We suggest to move the order mail to your inbox so you will get notification when your jewelry is shipped.

Change an order after It has been placed?

We begin working on your jewelry immediately after your order is placed.

If you want to change your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes made more than 4 hours after time of purchase may require a 70% restocking fee.

How can I cancel an order?

Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the items.

Didn’t get a confirmation / shipping email?

After placing an order you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email with all your order details. We ask you to review your items and shipment address. Therefore, it is important to provide us with a valid email address.

The pendant height is written in the product information table on the product page.
On most of our images you will also see measure of the pendant.

Jewelry with special characters?

We can produce most special characters, like: @, &, $, etc, …
You can enter all special characters when placing your order.
